 A:  We can accept payment with Credit Card,  PayPal. 

Q: What shipping method do you use?

 A: We ship the parcel by DHL or USPS.


Q: How long would it take to get the item?

 A: Usually, we need about 2 to 3 working days to prepare your order and ship them.T hen you will receive them in 3-7 working days by DHL or 7-15 working days by USPS after we ship them.

 

Q: How to choose the right size?

A: Please carefully check our item page's size chart, and choose the proper size based on your waist size. (Tips: the size chart may vary with different Hoodies)

 

Q: How to wash it?
A:  Hand wash separately in cold water, do not use the machine

 

Q: What is the return policy?

A:  If you want to return an item,  it must be returned within 15 days of receipt and in the same condition it was received. You must contact us before return any item back. Any item return without pre-notice will be rejected. After we received the goods which you return, then we will process the refund or exchange for you.

1. Defect in products, unusable
Don‘t accept refunds & exchange unless there is a defect in the items that make it unusable.

2. Poor quality of Products
we accept refunds if the goods are confirmed for poor quality.

3. Colour Difference
Because of lighting, there will be a colour difference of actual colour and photo colour. we do not refund for the colour difference.

4. Individual defective product
We accept refund & exchange for the individual defective product in your order.
